Is It Worth Getting a Personal Trainer?

This isn’t a sales pitch just a general opinion. Do you go to the gym and have no clue what you’re doing? Don’t know where to start? Got aims but have no clue how to get there? Sound similar? Then I would highly recommend getting a personal trainer.
Wouldn’t you rather spend your time in the gym with a good structure that someone else has prepared for you. They’ll be able to watch over you and make sure you’re not doing any incorrect technqiues, find more ways to make exercising enjoyable and even help find more goals to achieve. You don’t have to only ever train with a PT for your whole time, get one for a few sessions to learn how to warm up, structure a worthwhile main session and cool down so you’re risking your chances of getting injured. And every so often just invest in one to watch over you to make sure you’ve not picked up any bad habits.
You may not see results because you’re not pushing yourself to the right intensity so a great benefit of a PT would be them pushing you to the limit you’re needed to reach without letting you slack off when it is so easy to do so. Also if you can’t be bothered to train, if you have a trainer you’re not going to want to let them down and they can motivate you to get to the gym, just a few words can make a massive difference!
